Case Managers and Medical Consultants manage all medical cases. This includes monitoring hospital admissions and ensuring customers receive adequate medical treatment. They also verify insurance coverage with healthcare providers, and arrange medical evacuation via air ambulance or commercial flights when necessary.

Our multi-lingual Emergency Assistance team helps with medical and non-medical emergencies such as lost baggage or passport, airline ticket replacement, legal services, emergency cash services and more. Whenever required, they also provide valuable pre-trip information on passport/visa requirements and travel advisories and assist with translation and interpreter services.

They also work closely with our provider network to refer customers to medical facilities around the world, which allows us to provide the best service at the best prices.
