Assistant Vice President, Business Development and Marketing
Gino is an expert in the distribution and marketing of financial services and insurance products: life, health, property, casualty, commercial, reinsurance, and for the past three years, travel. In his roles with Allianz, ING and The Co-operators, he helped successfully launch various types of sales distribution models across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America: face to face selling, affinity partnerships, direct and interactive marketing, and bancassurance.

Karen has over 19 years of experience in providing service and training to both insurance industry professionals and their clients. Her background also includes training front line insurance brokers at Family Insurance and teaching auto agents to grow their business through portfolio building and cross-selling initiatives.

Development for Marlin/Thomas Cook and a Director of retail travel Karen

2007 she sees the opportunities in the travel insurance market and as an

Business Development Director
Charged with expanding the company’s products and services, Joanne founded the TIC’s Quebec office and set-up the region’s sales, accounting and agency services departments. Joanne has a background as a business-owner and entrepreneur. She operated a marketing and communications company called Le Link. Before that, she helped Engenuity Technologies change from a private to a public company. Joanne’s
day-to-day activities at TIC include managing the Quebec and Atlantic offices, promoting travel insurance throughout the province, and helping agents and brokers increase sales and generate revenue.

Business Development Director
Michael has 17 years of experience with leading insurance organizations, such as Johnson Incorporated, Hub International and ING Canada, in various sales and business development roles in all channels of distribution for ancillary insurance products. Combined with a superior understanding of strategic planning and client management, he has led significant organic and new business growth within our corporate portfolio.
