Agency Services
Our Agency Services team is available specifically to answer your questions and help facilitate the process of selling TIC travel insurance products by offering comprehensive sales support as follows:
- Providing product expertise and clarification on policy wording.
- Processing policies, refunds and new agreements.
- Amending policies.
- Setting up new partners with TIC systems (QuickTIC and TICnet).
- Training our partners with the help of our Learning & Development team.
- Troubleshooting online systems (QuickTIC and TICnet).
- Filing agreements along with business licenses.
- Responding to fax and mail requests.
Our Agency Services representatives handle approximately 300-500 calls a day, the majority of them coming from travel agents, brokers and credit unions. They work closely with Underwriting, Consumer Sales, and Corporate Services to fully service our partners’ needs.
Agency Services provides service in English and French Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm EST and on Saturday from 9am to 5pm EST.
